MIM STREET would like to acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the traditional custodians of Australia, and pay respect to the Elders of the past, present and future. We acknowledge and pay respect to the Awabakal and Worimi people, traditional custodians of the land from which we meet.
I created MIM STREET as I feel style can
be a liberating form of self-expression and should be accessible to all. I want to create a safe space for young adults to explore their identity through style and to bring people together, by celebrating the cultures, the music & the fashions that influence us everyday. I've found a real power in understanding the
positive impact this can have on our self-esteem & confidence, myself included.
Our mission is to create accessible, quality streetwear that encourages individuality and creative expression. High-end streetwear shouldn't be a luxury reserved for the wealthy, and style shouldn't come at the cost of comfort. Also, this is just another outlet for me to be creative. I hope to share some of the writings, designs & industry experiences that influence me & mine. I also hope to celebrate & document my own industry experiences of both music & street style, and collaborate with other artists & creatives to foster a more supportive & connected experience of a dog eat dog world. I hope you can feel comfortable here and when donning MIM STREET to explore & express you, authentically.
